In the end, when all my treatment had been completed, and all the bills sent in, Christina negotiated repeatedly with the healthcare providers. She had answers to all my questions. I never had difficulty reaching her. If we did not communicate by phone, we communicated by email. She surprised me one weekend when I sent her an update on my status late one Friday, and she responded by Saturday morning! She made the process of injury compensation bearable. I had not known what to expect. Being in pain, seeking treatment that may or may not work, paying large sums of money, taking time off from work and then having the anxiety of what might be an unpleasant experience with the lawyer’s office was all very stressful. Luckily, I never had to worry about any unpleasant experience in the lawyer’s office. Christina was just everything I could have hoped for in an experience that I wish had never happened. Thank you so much for holding my hand and taking me through. I would recommend Christina and Mr. Katz’s office to anyone.
