Pedestrian Struck in Anne Arundel County by Hit-And-Run Driver

A man was seriously hurt last week in Anne Arundel County when he was struck by a van while walking in Brooklyn Park. He was hospitalized and in critical condition, according to news articles from Odenten-Severn Patch. The driver of the van was charged with fleeing the scene of the accident. The pedestrian struck in the hit-and-run accident was rushed to Shock Trauma and at last report was in critical condition. It is unknown whether the struck pedestrian has legal representation. However, from a legal standpoint, the driver who fled the scene, could face serious civil liabilities in addition to being charged with failing to remain at the scene of a serious accident.
